History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Through the years after Avelina was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Avelina's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
