Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Shane has worked very hard to control his curse. He's also a talented Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Merchant again; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She became a Scribe soon after.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.
