History: Frederick was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Brewer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Mayor and was forced into it by his family.
