Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He is a Deep Scion in disguise. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Hugh never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
