Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Sculptor mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: An older man who dresses in grey turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with yellow slacks, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Being a Fisher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His red hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born in the east. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure
