Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.

Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by dire rats. Emmeline was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Guard responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business
