Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His black hair has been sun bleached extensively. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He tends to wear a large tan jacket. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes are brown.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Kyle is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The war was a terrible time for her, and Mary does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Born in the south to a Barkeep, Mary learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has worked as a Barkeep like her father before her.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.
