Personality: Jacoba is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. After coming to the age of reason, Jacoba took it upon herself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has never given up on her music dream.
