Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Beatrice was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Eva is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Roland's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Roland was born the youngest of three triplets. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
