Description: He wears baggy green pantaloons and a black scarf. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly scythes and longswords. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Merchant business.
History: Rolf was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolf grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolf. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and seeks redemption

Description: An older woman who wears a tight fitting tan shirt and pants, she is not a threatening figure. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.

Description: He is wearing a long, tan cloak. He carries with him a set of scythes on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Drogo's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: Revenge; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. A true patriot, Sybil would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
