Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerald embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gerald was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a grey shirt with thin green vertical stripes and brown pants, and is pretty ugly. He has styled his black hair well, parting it to the right. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Gerard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Gerard has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is content.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy red stubble. He wears dull brown sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed crossbow, just in case. He has a hunchback. He wears his red hair up. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His childhood dream was to be a Barkeep, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Unemployed soon after.

Motivation: To be a Barkeep again; and to end his boredom

Description: She stands about 5'10" and wears a fancy pastel dress. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. She has a very tight haircut. Her half smiles and gray eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
