Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: She was born into a rich family. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: This southern man wears white trousers with black and grey striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His clothes are grease stained in places. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Miles grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Miles. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
