Personality: Millicent wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Animal Trainer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
