Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'11" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a black armored body suit, with a simple pastel line shooting up and back down. Her white hair is long and unkept. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Alice enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Alice fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This late middle aged man wears a white coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon his head and is in decent physical shape. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His eyes are likewise gray.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: With green face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Norman was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
