Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Manfred was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He's also a talented Performer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
