History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. In her 14th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Agnes lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Hugh was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Vicky will drive conversation. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Vicky took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortspear and armor she uses now. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Vicky was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.
