She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Eva was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
