History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cecily grew up listening to her father's many stories. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Robert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
