History: Mary was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Gardener who has hired her part-time. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Hugolina never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
