History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Emeny hails from a village terrorized by giants. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Emeny was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and she desires to right it.
