Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a Banker, his father struggled to pay the bills. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: Born in the south to a Sage, Lance learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Lance alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
