Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. Juliana enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Juliana has worked very hard to control her curse. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
