History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Aline was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Dilettante. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Roger was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
