Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He wears his brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

History: Jocelyn was born with his father's beautiful face. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage.
