Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Barkeep. Jacoba is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Jacoba lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, giants burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying north to reunite her family. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against orcs

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Scribe but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Joan was born the youngest of three triplets. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She has all her life been fascinated with painting.

History: She was born at the edge of vast island. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She bought a morningstar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
