History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He got into the Miner business at a young age. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
