Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. She wears her white hair up. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady violet eyes.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Alice was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and money/treasure

Description: She stands about 5'0" and has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her brown robe. Her left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. She has slicked back white hair. Her eyes are blue.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Revenge; and many gnolls want her driven away
