Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His auburn hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are blue.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly sickles and morningstars. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and money/treasure

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.
History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: 5'6" and muscular, this western woman wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a sai, but if one is not available she will default to her shortspear. Her golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her blue eyes peer out from beneath her small white hat.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
