Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Egelina never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Sarah's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. When Sarah reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.
