Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Nicholas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently the stress of being a Engraver has made it difficult for him to sleep.

When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. He has achieved small success as a Slave Trader.

He has a small bristly mustache and wavy golden hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
