Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a warhammer on his belt. He sports a flattop hair cut. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Tim took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up warhammer and armor he uses now. He bought a warhammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Cartwright work with an outfit from a few towns over. Cartwright work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Cartwright soon after.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Alice was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She tends to her Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she has money and likes to spend it
