History: She got into the Shoemaker business at a young age. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult

To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Ida lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. The war was a terrible time for her, and Elysande does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Elysande was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
