Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Painter profession.

History: The child of a Painter, who enjoyed hunting, Herleva was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Herleva took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Matilda speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Matilda was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
