History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Hunter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Tanner, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and an old rival family wants him found
