History: Hubert was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Hubert was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Stableman. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
