Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Heward was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
