History: He was born in a small plains village. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Rolf alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Knight. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
