Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Elysande lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Elysande and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality
