His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Carter, but he got bored and became a Shepherd. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shepherd, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
