History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Emmeline took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor she uses now. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. History: The child of a Fortune-teller, who enjoyed hunting, Gerard was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
