History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, she is renowned for her bright grey dresses and hats. Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is obsessed with her god.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Griselda took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longbow and armor she uses now. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gifted student he started as a Merchant, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Balimaar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
