History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Percival was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Courier. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
