History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Jocelyn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Mortician father left her crippled. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eva fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
