History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Detective business.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Dustin never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
