History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Simon grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears a worn and beaten armor. He sports a long brown beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 36. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. A true patriot, Gerald would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Gerald was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a ploughman and was forced into it by his family

Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. Her white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To be a Body Guard again; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Description: Standing 6'2", this man wears a white costume with the symbols of strength on his torso. He has a very tight haircut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he's in love
