Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Jocelyn is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His childhood dream was to be a Fisher, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Apothecary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
