History: Elysande was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Elysande was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Elysande decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She now owns her own business.

A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft yellow waves gently in the breeze. She has a long chestnut ponytail with little hanging trinkets. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Oriel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She now mingles about in high society.
