History: Frederick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He now owns his own business.

Personality: She is a Detective first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Alice was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Detective.

Her hair, while still mostly golden, has prominent grey streaks. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her first spouse was a Server, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
