History: Nicholas was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
