History: Helen was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Helen never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Avice was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When Avice reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
